If you register for an event or fundraising activity hosted by us, any participation fees are generally non-refundable. In case of event cancellation by us or other exceptional situations, we may offer a refund upon review.

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the donation or payment date. After this period, all donations and payments are considered final and cannot be refunded.
